We provide a wide variety of benefits for our full time employees,

Medical Insurance
We provide several options for your medical insurance needs that are effective 30 days after your start
date. For contract employees, we cover benefits up until 30 days
past your end date, and offer COBRA beyond that timeframe if needed.
Dental Insurance
Our dental insurance becomes effective 30 days after your start
date. For contract employees, we cover benefits up until 30 days
past your end date.
Vision Insurance
Our vision insurance becomes effective 30 days after your start
date. For contract employees, we cover benefits up until 30 days
past your end date.
Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Insurance
We provide our employees the option to choose up to $35,000.00 in
Term Life and AD&D insurance, with additional coverage's for spouse
and family.Supplemental Insurance (Aflac)
Intronic Solutions has partnered with Aflac to provide our
employees the option of supplemental health insurance. Aflac
empowers people at critical moments of need through plans that
anticipate -not react to -health challenges. While Aflac has a broad
policy portfolio that offers great choice, value and portability,
coverage is designed to support the employee's quality of life
during an extensive accident or illness.
401K Plan
Retirement savings and tax breaks are important, and we provide our
employees a 401K to elect provide them an election to defer a
portion of their pay and have the money deposited in the Plan
instead of receiving it as taxable compensation. Another added
benefit to the Intronic Solutions 401K plan is that it does not have
fund, stock or bond restrictions, allowing you to manage the account
personally or select from more traditional brokerage options.

From your first paycheck we offer direct deposit to one or more
