Donation made to Children's Mercy Hospital

Overland Park, KS– October 18, 2007 - Intronic Solutions Group is excited to make a clothing donation to Children's Mercy Hospital to help support work being done by the hospital in Kansas City.

Shanelle Varone, Director of Major Gifts for Children's Mercy Hospitals & Clinics said of the donation from Intronic Solutions, "When parents bring their children to Children’s Mercy, more often than not in emergency situations, the families are here for hours and sometimes days.  Every room at Children's Mercy Hospital has a twin bed available for a family member to stay and parents are welcomed to meals and use of the in-room shower.  The shirts donated by Intronic Solutions will be worn by these parents.  Their last thought is running home for a change of clothes, but having the opportunity to wear a clean shirt makes a worn-out parent, feel a bit better."
